For a while there, this was a catch phrase that my buddy Zimmy T. was throwing around. While Elzie and I visited Zim and his wife Heather in Seattle, the phrase would punctuate conversation, especially during card games. I decided to steal it, so I did. Zim gets credit for the title. I had a lot of fun recording this one. I sang back up parts in the bridge section as a place holder for some horns, but I left it as is because who the hell has money to pay horns? Plus, horn players can be so ornery!
