about

A song about admitting to myself that, after sober cost-benefit analysis, I just didn't want to pursue music as a means to make a living. I remember being so taken with a kind review by Austin blogger and gadabout Duggan Flanakin that I took his advice and gave the song the full band treatment, when I re-recorded it on the first EP with The Obits. I kind of still like the original version better, drum machine and all.
